BMK9 DOG TRAINING
SUMMER ROTATING GROUP CLASSES
BMK9 is very excited to be offering these new courses that are aimed to help build more confident, well rounded dogs and owners. Amanda and Virginia will both be co-teaching these courses and both have sport dogs of their own that compete in multiple companion and performance sport venues. Virginia trains full time here with us at BMK9 and Amanda will be returning from vet school for the summer to help share her knowledge of the dog sport world. They are very excited to share the joy that sports have brought to both their dog's lives and their own.
These classes are all open to both registered purebred dogs and unregistered or mixed breed dogs. In order to obtain an AKC title/award your dog must be registered through the AKC Purebred Registration, PALs, or Canine Partners. We are happy to assist those that wish to obtain a registration number for your mixed breed dog which will allow you to earn titles, as well as compete in the many sports AKC has to offer!
We strongly encourage all dogs and breeds to take part in these fun classes as they are a great way to bond with your dog!
CGC PREP
This will be a 4 week long course designed to follow the 10 test items needed to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. This class is great for dogs that already have some foundation obedience training but may need a refresher, a little extra help, or for owners that just want to earn a fun title with their dog.
Dogs must be at least 6 months old to enroll in this course.

This class begins July 11 at 6:30pm, and will run every Monday for 5 weeks. The additional 5th class will be available for make-up lessons, final touch-ups, and title evaluations.
The cost of this class is $150 and evaluations are available on the last day for a discounted rate of $20, with a rosette included for dogs who pass.
TRICK DOG
This is a great introduction course to help owners earn their first title and rosette with their pup! The course will be 4 weeks long and directed at learning skills/tricks needed to earn the AKC Trick Dog Novice Title.
This course is a fun way to get involved with your dog or puppy by building confidence and teaching your dog to engage with you, while also learning some fun new party tricks to show off to your friends!
Trick dog evaluations and rosettes will be available at the end of this course. Dogs must be at least 6 months old to enroll in this course.
This class begins July 13th at 6:30pm, and will run every Thursday for 5 weeks. The additional 5th class will be available for make-up lessons, final touch-ups, and title evaluations.
